Not only are we giving away a starting place for the #ÖRM23, you can also enjoy an individual training program and go to Spain together with coach Helmut Dollinger from Germany’s BORA-hansgrohe top team for the preparatory week. Regardless of whether you are an experienced “Ötzi” veteran and want to improve your time or whether you are at the start for the first time and just want to finish the race successfully, the right training is crucial in both cases. Nobody knows it better than Helmut Dollinger, coach of the German BORA-hansgrohe professional cycling team, which regularly pitches up a training camp in Ötztal.

Therefore, the team coach creates an individually tailored training plan for the winner and looks after this person in the months leading up to the day of the race. The preparation “culminates” in a training camp on Costa Blanca in Spain – including flights, accommodation and full board. Sounds tempting? The lucky winner will be drawn by lady luck and local hero Anna-Lena Riml after the end of the competition period (28 Nov to 15 Dec 2022), who is also taking part in the preparation week to improve her marathon time at her second cycle marathon.
