The hike begins in the district of Lehn, where the ascent to the Lehner via ferrata is located in the middle of a larch forest. The well-accessible trail leads into the forest and cuts off the serpentine ascending forest road. After about half of the way the Lehnbach is crossed. As soon as you leave the forest and wide meadows open up the Stabelealm comes into view. Our destination is now about 45 minutes away. On the way there you also pass the Innerbergalm. A stop in one of the huts worthwhile in any case. Both offer excellent home cooking. Strengthened you reach the Hauerkamm where at the top of the Wöckel waiting a small hexagonal wooden house. From there you can let your gaze wander over Längenfeld.
The hut taxi goes to the pastures once a week. A reservation is required. Ötztal Tourismus - Information Längenfeld +43 (0) 57200 300
