This lovely tour leads towards the lower valley along the Ötztal Trail (11). At the edge of Sölden, in the hamlet of Kaisers, you turn right towards Höfle. The 129 meters of altitude gain must be conquered almost on this first stretch, starting on the asphalt road up to Höfle and leading into the forest trail on a gravel path. The red Kaiser Trail (698) - starting at the end of the gravel route - has many tree roots and some precipitous spots (single trail!), therefore it is suitable only for experienced bikers. The Kaiserwald Bike Route ends here, return to Freizeit Arena on the same route.

    Author’s recommendation

The route can be perfectly combined with the Sölden Loop Tour (641) and the Rechenau Forest Trail (649).
