Only a few weeks before the big race day, participants in the Ötztaler have the chance to do some training units together with like-minded people. On two days they can get an idea of the crucial stages by cycling along some parts of the marathon track. Therefore a successful cycle marathon is almost guaranteed.

Sölden Ötztaler Cycle Marathon

Information

In the above mentioned period we put the finishing touch to your personal 2021 Ötztaler Cycle Marathon experience:

  • From 3 nights in the accommodation of your choice

Program

Day 1: Wednesday

We meet at the bike school in Sölden at 7.00 am - transfer to Sterzing/South Tyrol - from here we conquer Jaufen Pass (2090 m) and Timmelsjoch (2509 m) and return to Sölden; overnight stay in Sölden

Day 2: Thursday

We start in Sölden at 7.00 am - via Kühtai (2020 m) and Brenner Pass (1377 m) to Sterzing; return transfer to Sölden
