Your vacation home Apart Wiesengrund is, as the name suggests, in the middle of meadows and fields in a sunny location with a magnificent view of the impressive mountain panorama at the entrance to Sölden. The town center and the Giggijochbahn with connection to the entire ski and hiking area is about 900 m away and can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.
In winter, the free ski bus, which runs every 10 minutes, takes you to the lifts and to the center of Sölden. In summer, we are the ideal starting point for bike and hiking tours, as the paths lead directly past the house. In summer you will receive the Summer Card included.

Exclusive of: resort tax
Others: Upon arrival a deposit of Euro 120,00 in cash is required for each apartments. The deposit will be refunded in cash on departure if the apartment is clean and there are no damages. Sorry, we don't accept credit cards. Only cash payment!
Not included in the total amount is the visitor tax of EUR 4,00 per person per night (to be paid directly on site to your accomodator).
No resort tax is charged for persons who have their 15th birthday within the running calender year.
