Most of the stages are equipped with trail markers. Glacier sections only feature wooden stakes. Sturdy hiking boots, appropriate hiking clothes, raingear, food and drink, sun cream and cold protection equipment are absolutely required. Additionally, the glacier hike is only suitable for surefooted mountaineers with a good head for heights and an excellent physical condition. Due to safety reasons, it is forbidden to leave the marked routes. Please take your garbage down to the valley!
