Dear participants!

On the 08, May 2009 we have drawn the last 700 participation places for the Ötztaler Cycle Marathon 2009.

We wish every participant an accident-free preperation stage. The Ötz-valley offers an huge area to do the preperation and also to sniff fresh alpine-air. Since 6th June, the Timmelsjoch Pass is opened.

PS: The transfering of the starting place to a person who registered himself in February is possible till the 15th of July.

I have a dream - Ready, steady, go for the passes! The Ötztaler Cycle Marathon on 30 August '09 with start and finish in Sölden /Tirol marks the highlight of the cycling season for hobby cyclists from all over the world. Some 4000 participants will take part in the race.

The well-loved Ötztaler Finisher Shirt is given to all those who finish the entire marathon course correctly, pass all check points and reach the finishing area of Sölden in the predetermined time.
